Magento 2.2 Custom Comparison Price Module which overwrites discount price

The Competitor site will be scraped about 100k entries and stored for comparison ( e.g. excel format). Upon demand the website search page will show the scraped results like price in the grid next to our price. e.g. Our site will always show less prices vs Competitor if the grabbed data shows Product A cost 200 it will automatically lessen our product by % to 190.00 for Product A with discount applied Should over write the discount price. The Admin site should be able to upload or script comparison data e.g. Name,Price, size,shape etc details from an csv file. % $ amount so its always less then other site. We should be able to add Competitors sites for data comparison also schedule auto scrapping and adjust what fields to scrap.
