Make a Change IP Authentication Form for Proxies on a Wordpress Website

Looking for an experienced developer who is able to make me an IP authentication changer for http proxies. I would like something similar to [login to view URL] where users must input their order number and input the IP address they would like to add in the form. Once the user has added the new IP that they would like to authorize for their proxies, it should take less than 10 minutes for the changes to take into effect and for the IP to have successfully been added in the system. Since typically the proxies that everyone orders only last 72 hours, I would be ideal to make sure that someone with an old order number isn't able to add their IP on this IP adder form so that they can use their old proxies that should have expired. So some type of verification method would also have to be put in place. If I put active proxy orders with an order status of "On Hold" on wordpress/woocommerce I was thinking that when someone requests to get their new IP added it can verify through the order number that the order status is "On Hold" and then it will proceed with adding the IP to the proxy server. I have a wordpress site myself and would like for this to compatible with it. If anyone has any experience with this or is knowledgeable in this field, please let me know if you can help.
