1. Web portal to store contact list of customers. It can be uploaded via csv/excel upload or can have form to enter manually. Store customer basic info (name, address, Phone number) and items, quantity, refill date. User responsible to process the order, how the customer wants to be contacted phone text or email, when being contacted by text or email it should contain a link to an order form with the customer's order info where the customer can log in and see it.
2. Dashboard showing Recent/Today customers contacted, their order status
3. Report for following
• All calls made, all text sent, all email sent.
• Each call, sms, email status like delivered, not delivered etc
• Each customer’s order status like accepted, denied, changed
4. IVR outbound calls: Call customers when their order is due for refill, customers should have option to confirm order by pressing 1, once order is confirmed status should change on dashboard to confirmed if they did not pick up call secondary number, and call back in 3 hours, as long the order was not confirmed orders should show pending on dash board. If they want to make changes on the phone IVR they should press 2 to and connect to live agent. (to connect to our phone system)
