modification in website and submit site to search engine

Hi, Please visit my site ([login to view URL]) I have to make some correction and modification on this site. 1) I have converted categories to pages, make it pages 2) Add new pages about us, contact us, submit shayari and all categories 3) All categories display under all categories pages 4) Make fixed menu bar in desktop and mobile version 5) In desktop version menu bar content (site name + pages + search button) 6) In mobile version content ( menu toggle + site name + search button) 7) Hide post title, tag, publish by and date. 8) Make hover post title and below post copy button in every post (for demo visit [login to view URL]) 9) Change footer credit text + make it center 10) Below every post (categories + share button (whatsapp, hike, facebook, google plus) same design as navigation bar. 11) Make some style to sidebar widget 12) Make full width subscription button before footer (desktop/mobile) 13) Facebook page popup for new visitors 14) If someone share my content with any share button, all content will be share with website link 15) Create site map and install to site 16) Submit site to all search engine and webmaster (with all work) 17) I have to show adsense ad below post or sidebar so make it adsense friendly.
