Summary - the application will give users the ability to create rules that create tickets in Autotask based on a schedule. Login Page - Authentication to reach the Rules Manager screen Rule Manager This page displays the current configured rules. User will be able to Add and Delete rules from this page. Rule Edit Form When user clicks New, the Rule Edit Form is displayed. The Detail tab will be first. The user will be able to put in a Name, Description, and set the recurrence of the rule. The Filter section will allow the user to filter an Account base from Autotask based on the Account fields. Multiple filters can be added with (AND/OR) operators. The user will be able click Test Results button, to see what the filter will return. The Ticket tab will allow the user to specify the values of the ticket. Account Setup From the Rules Manager page the user can click the Configure (gear icon) to reach the Account Setup page. The user will enter in credentials for Autotask. Rules Service This is an independent service that will read the rules in the database and create tickets based on the filter.

Hi there, I have read everything and checked the attached PDF document, so as per my understanding, A rule based ticketing web application is to be developed. The user will login and will see the rules manager screen where he can add, modify and view the rules for the ticket generation. The user will also apply the filters and can test these along with account settings. The automated service will read the rules and will generate the tickets. We have few questions which are given below: - Which type of tickets will be generated? - The data for the tickets will be fetched from some third party API's? - How many types of rules a user can enter? - The user will also pay for the tickets generation service?
