Write a MYSQL quiry and delete unwanted content. Then write cronjob to automate it.

Basically something like this:

SELECT * FROM `tableX` WHERE `fieldY` LIKE '%contentZ%'

then DELETE FROM 'database' 'contentZ'

Then a Cronjob to run it every X minutes.
