I have newsletter VPS which was all good and running but after some hacking issues and some malware infections it stopped working. Server teams have fixed the issues. I'm not able to login to the the home page despite using the correct password. Need this fixed first. (unless if you can help exporting the campaigns and the contacts, contact groups etc... from backend). Once login fixed, Need to export the campaigns, contacts, contact groups etc... basically the database needs to be exported. And then the VPS needs to be rebuild after the OS reinstall. I'll get the OS reinstalled by the server team. But once OS rebuilt then the newsletter VPS needs to be reinstalled and configured with all software and also importing the exported database so that it is ready to edit the campaign and start sending it.
