Need Some updation in a script and mobile app

I purchased a script from code canyon as per my requirement and now just need a few modifications and redesigning of the Mobile app, please note I do not need many redesigns in the web application as its design is ok for me but just need some functionality changes in web application. Link to the script is: [login to view URL] Changes I require is as follows: Objective: - - Teacher Module Brief Description of objective: In this my main objective is to have a different registration of Teacher/Institute where they have an ability to add/ edit / delete test (Please note they can only view or modify the tests or questions which they added and have no access to other test or questions.) They can invite students for particular test and students accepted their invitation will be able to see that test on the top of another test and category shown in app to student. Teacher can create free as well as paid test (this is to be noted that when that teacher create that paid test a term & condition notification must be shown to them about payment terms that is payment will be divided 50/50 ( after deducting GST means if test is of Rs100 than after deducting GST “rate must be defined in admin panel” say GST is 18% than Rs 82 is divided means 41 to patient and 41 + GST to Company ) between teacher and Company “Edunovations” for paid test ) all the transactions details must be with teacher as well as Admin. Please Note all the question enters by teachers must have two entries one in teacher’s database second in Admins database. - Payment Gateway Integration It must be with split payment system like explained above. - Ad Sense Integration A video Ad must come before starting of a free test. Video Ad must come if student see Hint in free test. Android App Need New look and feel according to Logo Rank of Student must be shown per quiz For Test by Admin Rank must be shown as per City, State and Country or overall.
