I need a web developer + marketing & branding & messaging person

I have a website: [login to view URL] That's in serious need of a facelift. I have picked out a new word press theme for this project and what I'm looking for is someone who can take initiative to fill in the website and make it ready for the world to see. You'll need to take the clients PPTs and other marketing materials, along with information about their competitors and how they structure their websites and helps us create the framework and filler content for the entire website. I know there are a lot of people who can do back end code. I know a lot of people can do design work. And many people are great with front end work. And I know people can write and do marketing well. What I need is someone who's able to do all of those pretty well. This is one of many websites of this kind. I have approached many companies that need a new website, and the problem is they don't really know what they need too. We basically study their content and their industry, and we create a new modern version of their website. I'm fine using content from their competition two as long as it's slightly modified. This will help give us some framework for this project. I need someone who's organized and responsible and who's ready to tackle this project and also who would be interested in doing others for other companies. So, for this project, just bid on this website and what it would take for you to take their concept and their brand and put it into a new word press template along with new images etc. Thanks for bidding and please give me some personal info in your response that shows me you read all this.
