Online software required

Hi, please note 1. before I consider your bid you need to put the words "Project Read" at the begining of your bid otherwise i will just reject it. 2. Put you final price as the bid as i will not accept any changes to your bid. I am fed up with freelancers putting in low bids and then saying they need to revise their bid half way through discussions 3. I will not pay any milestones until project finished as i have been caught out this way before The software will have a nice design and should be accessed from a members area in a wordpress site and the user has to make a payment before being giving access (I will create the members area) I am looking to be able to create an online system where users can create pdf ebooks by choosing articles that are uploaded by myself to the system to create the chapters for the books. the process will run similar to this. I must be able to create categories in the system and then i will upload articles to the different categories including title and description. I also need a section where i can upload images that the user may wish to use. Below is a simplified format of how this will work 1. the user opens the software to create the book. 2, the chooser will then enter a few details such as title and author and an image which will form the 1st page. 3. The 2nd page will be a standard disclaimer which i will create 4. ok depending on the category of the book in this instance we will use weight loss as an example the software will prompt the user to create a new chapter and the ask them to choose a category. once they choose the category the software will display a list of titles of all the articles i have uploaded in that category. the user then selects one of the titles and the software will import this article into his book. the user is then given the option to add an image or add a new chapter or complete the book, if they choose to add a new chapter they go through stage 4 above again. 5, they carry on doing this until they choose to complete the book. 6 once they have finished i would like some way for them to preview the book and to be able to do some simple editing including adding images and formating of text. 7. Once complete they have the option to download as a pdf file to their computer.
