(images, ideas, videos,) CUSTOM CRM Backend Software- We need a custom CRM backend software that can manage these 4 areas, it needs to have a module to manage Clients, Employees, Admin. The client module should allow the client to manage their account with us including payment methods (credit card on file), it should show them their projects with us and their SEO ranking reports, it should also offer upgrades to their account, invoices, etc. Employees module should show them reports on sales made, commissions they're owed, employee profiles, etc. Admin module should control all modules, have full reports for all sales, commissions, clients, and settings. Sales module should have a login for our employees to work leads and close deals and have a BUILT-IN Voip calling feature (like Hubspot) where a lead can be called from the lead screen. Email feature needed. CUSTOM Sales App- We want a sales app that can be used for our outside sales reps to sell our services to potential clients in the field. This app should be 100% responsive. But, it will primarily be used on a 10" tablet to show clients most of the time. It needs to have AWESOME navigation (intuitive) as the sales rep will need to click on certain needs of the client and be presented with services that would be a great match, then have the presentation appear on the app to show them and have the WOW factor to sell the services! It should also be connected to the shopping card and backend CRM so it can be used to make a purchase right in the app through the credit card gateway. Then, the order should appear in the CRM as a sale with all customer details and credit the sales rep, show commissions etc.
