I want to build a kick ass website so I can start booking steady gigs! I have my GoDaddy account info that we would need to migrate the site too once it is built out.
I found two sites that best emulate what I'd like in a site. [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]
The first one (mareen) I like the running slideshow title page, that way the galleries show and the bubble menu thing. On this next one (jeremy) I like how you can scroll down and see everything at a glance too. Can the bubble menu on the first one really just be shortcuts for the scroll down at a glance concept on the second one.
Basically the site is for displaying probably 5-15 images per gallery, with a total of 10 galleries tops.
It'd be nice to set up a proofing section that's password protected where people can view images and select favourites. Mostly just showcase/driver but ecomm is something I've been thinking of adding in the future so people can contact, contract me or purchase images, or download images based on their login.
