I have a urgent need of a Whatsapp Admin Panel which I Can manage users and resellers . So this application need to configured for Bulk Whatsapp SMS Sending . Two User Roles Needed Users & Resellers A reseller can add or edit a user or a new resellers re sellers can able to manage their website logo copyright , and contact info . Every users can send Whatsapp sms ie text, upto 5Images one 5Mb Video + Cv Users can able to scrub whatsapp Numbers and Non Whatsapp Numbers Users can Schedule Whatsapp SMS With in 5Days. Delivery report and able to download it in excel file .( Just show the sent time Only) Balance Management It should be Wallet that is if a user purchase for 10000INR then his wallet balance will be 10000 and the reseller set price 0.10Paisa then he can able to send 1Lakh On Admin End We can able to add new numbers and if needed can able to Dedicate One Number to a User Or use system default verified channel Able to change the service timing ie if on admin end Working time closed , then every users and resellers end on Login it should be Shown as Modal + and also show next working time Able to use delivery Cutting that if we use cutting Limit 100 then from 101 sms able to cut the actual delivery + Also use a Whitelisting numbers that some numbers delivery cutting did not want to apply . On Back end We can add new numbers and also Able to scrub whatsapp and non whatsapp Numbers. Should Have a solution for Whatsapp Number Blocking .
