php: complete 10 forms and classes

For the redevelopment of a job portal I want to get started with the backend: a number of forms and classes. In future I post more projects and look for long term cooperation with 3 to 4 freelancers. Keywords, php/mysql, OOP, bootstrap4, Jquery, html. Complete 10 classes and 10 forms Complete 10 classes and 10 forms according to the specification in the attached Xcel - file. Forms – see Xcel sheet, tab ‘forms’ The html part of the form in bootstrap 4. Use the html tags shown in the Xcel table on the tab ‘Forms’. In the php part above the <form> 3 thingS should be done: Initialize values, set property values and assign values to object properties. The variables (var_1, var_2 ….. var_n) are schown in the Xcel table. This should be done as in [login to view URL] and form_headsector.tpl.php. Also the lay-out of the php docs should be as in [login to view URL] and form_headsector.tpl.php. Use the functions uploadDoc and uploadPhoto when necessary.
