I am looking for a quick proof of concept to open a word doc, replace some text, and then save as PDF. All formatting from the word doc must remain intact including coloring, bullets, margins, bold, italics, tabs, tables, etc.. I need this done in PHP. You can use an open source library if needed. No libraries which costs a monthly fee. Open source libraries are better. I already tried something like phpword and converted to html then to PDF. But once converted to html margins get all messed up among other things

Hello sir, How are you ? I have read your project requirement and about the word doc to PDF conversation task. As you stated you also need to replace text inside the word docs. Replacing the word inside the word docs is very easy using PHP but for conversion to PHP it needed external system library rather than any PHP library as there is no any good library in PHP which can do this. But to proceed further i need to know your Operating system where you want to run the script as it will needed some extra package in your OS.
