Platform for API, Modal , Alerts, and Billing

Need to create a workflow for the following: The Platform makes it easy to receive credit reports and scores on a Member’s identity profile and credit profile. A prerequisite of receiving reports and scores is enrollment in data services, and a prerequisite of that is Member Enrollment. Once a Member is Enrolled, they are eligible for monitoring and retrieving data reports. The combination of data services that they are eligible for is defined by the Package ID. Each client can have multiple Package IDs to support their marketing needs. Some monitoring and data reports require active Member Authentication (Credit Reports, Credit Scores, Credit Monitoring), some monitoring and data reports require submission of PII (SSN Alerts, etc) and some are automatic (Risk Score.) The Platform provides two major sets of services to reduce the client’s programming burden: Alerts System and Modals System. These systems handle virtually all communication to/from the Member. They are both white labeled with partial client branding. The General API is the most flexible way to access the Platform. Using APIs allows a client to build and customize a user experience specific to their brand. The Platform delivers reports and scores via the API to the client website which are then presented to the user as the client desires. An alternate to the General API is the Alerts System and the Modals System, which allow a client to be up and running in thirty minutes, but with less flexibility than using the General API. The Modal System greatly eliminates the client burden of programming a user interface for the platforms data. The Modal handles data enrollment, and presenting reports and scores to the Member. The Modal requires just 2 very simple API calls: Modal Enroll (CreateDashEnrollment) , and Modal Cancel (RemoveDashEnrollment.) With the Modal, Members can access the vast majority of data in a modal window that pops up over the client website, without any client programming. The modal is completely white labeled, and lightly branded to match the client’s brand. The Alerts System handles outbound and inbound communication with the Member via email and SMS. Using the Alerts System saves the client from programming an email and SMS communication infrastructure. Alerts are white labeled with partial client branding. The Alerts System is always used for Modal clients, and General API Clients often use the Alerts System to reduce their programming time. Alert rules are pre-­configured by the provider to client specs.
