POS for Restaurant running for latest windows OS

I request a POS ( Point Of Sale ) for restaurant running under latest windows OS designed and structured in modules. This project it's the first module, the POS itself running locally on a Windows PC. This first module is the center of the project. Because that must be very simple but focused to be connected to subsequent modules. The number of next modules may reach the number of 20 during a period of development of 12 months, some of them easy, others more complex. The awarded freelancer will have the priority to develop all the rest modules. It is very important to foresee in this first development the future connections to the rest of modules, which will revolve around the data at this first development: the ticketing to clients. This first module is composed of following features: 1.- Frontend 2.- Admin end 1.- Frontend runs locally on the PC. Once opened it shows users screen to manage basic operations for ticketing at a typical restaurant touch screen pos, like selecting items, adding price amount and print the ticket. At this very first development of this module, we only need ticketing from different items category lists, plus the option of an open table, which is an open client and the process to hold the ticket until his depart. Also features of a partial billing ticket and daily close billing ticket. Later on, future developments will add more factors to the module. 2.- Admin end: The admin end will be located at the server, not locally, connecting with POS by an API. Items Data Base and Ticketing Historial will be stored at Server and updated every 30 minutes Later developments will add many more features at the server. Both graphic designs, frontend, and backend must be designed using "material design libraries " from Google. This is essential. If you are not familiar with this design materials I can provide you all designs, but your award will have fewer options.
