1.) We have to make the website in Prestashop latest version. 2.) As these are the psd & not all the files are psd & AI files, We have to convert the same into Hmtl making them responsive. 3.) Then we would be integrating the same on prestashop. 4.) As you have mentioned in the description files which you have sent, we would need to manually work on some functionality which is not there in the free theme of prestashop, As usually in the free theme there are just color combinations & some basic things.
