programm a small tool to generate a pdf document from data imported as csv file

To print productnames onto pre-printed paperbags, i need a small tool to import a csv file with productdata which will then extract the productname, the amount bought as well as the paperbag size (Format: 90 x 137mm or Format: 130 x 199mm) and then output one pdf document with productname and amount for each bag size. Productname is mentioned in column K, quantity purchased by the customer is the first number in column J , bag size is in column L. value in L = 1 does mean bag an output size is 90x137mm value in L = 2 does mean bag and output size 130x199mm value in L = empty or anything different then “2”, bag an output size is of the pdf is 90x137mm If a customer bought 2 different products, those will both be mentioned in “K”, and are devided by “/”. The corresponding values for quantity and size will then also be devided by “/” To make this more clear, I have added a csv file with data as well as the pdf files as they should be generated from this data. And also a picture of the bags. One is raw (left) and the other with the productname and quantity already printed onto.
