can I use php and laravel?

For new Web Sites we are using C# ASP.NET Core 2.0, by benchmarks is the fastest framework out ther, 5x to 10x faster than node.js, and its pure HTML5 and CSS so Designers would do their magic easily. For Database we use SQL Server, For scalable hosting we recomend Microsoft Azure. This is a big project but is very but very well written and specified. If you have any kind of uncertainties about us, I'm willing to take the risk and do a couple of your Web Pages with their respective database tables, so it will be functional, in that way you can evaluate our work.
