I need a online software for laundry management with RFID chip. Each chip will be attached to each items (bedsheet, towel etc) and every time the driver pickup the clothes from client that need to be washed will scan the items with a portable UHF RFID Reader and print a ticket on a portable printer with the items that he picked up. When the items will be returned cleaned to the client the driver scan again the items and print a ticket with the items that he returned.
The software needs the following tabs:
Admin, Laundry, Driver, Client.
Home tab: Orders to be picked up, orders in laundry, orders to be delivered, total mothly orders nr, total monthly KG washed, new clients this month
Clients: Here the admin can see the list of all clients, address, monthly quantity etc
Users: Here the admin can add clients, drivers, locations(all the locations will have separately management, their clients and drivers etc and the main admin(me) can't see anything from that location, the secondary admin has the full permissions to his location and can see everything and do anything in his location. The main admin can only remove/block the secondarry admin username and the whloe location temporary or permanent delete.
Items: Here we'll have the items (bedsheets, towels, uniform etc) and each items will have an ID (ex: towel- TW, small towel-STW) an client and an department(ex: hotel, spa, restaurant but this is optional).
Reports: Here we'll need a report for each client for a specified period of time. In report we'll need to see the number of items that was washed and the type and the department (ex: SPA- 55 towels, 10 curtains, RESTAURANT- 55 table sheets etc). Here we'll add a average lifetime for each item (300 washing) and on reports we'll have a separate tab for Lifetime with 3 categories (new, medium, used and when an item reach 101 washings it will be at medium usage). This helps the clients to know when their items reach the limit to prepare money for another new ones.
Here we need a panel where we can scan (with an RFID antenna placed under the folding place) each item to see if the chip still works and after that if we have a bulk of linen folded that needs to be delivered, we need to print with a thermal printer a label with the client name, and the items from bag (Hotel Royal, 15 towels) that will be sticked on the top of the bag.
If in the bag there are 2 different clients, we need to have an error "ATTENTION, 2 different clients in the bag" so that linen does not get tangled between clients.
Inventar: This tab is for client to scan with a portable reader the items that he has in the deposit.
Report: This panel is the same as the admin report panel. The client can see a washing report on a specified period of time and the lifetime of their stock.
Driver panel: Here we need a panel for orders that are washed and need to be delivered. A tab for pickup and a tab for dropoff. This can be the same as design for driver pickup, dropoff and client inventar from the same database.
Similar softwares for this type of applications you will find on internet with name such as Kromatic Systems and Tagmatiks (wich I think is the best).
