The website has been started. The modules have been installed. The basics are there. IT NEEDS: 1) To be made mobile-first responsive. There is only page.tpl.php. The code already exists, needs to be cleaned up, and also applied to header and footer regions. 2) A views page that displays 8 top navigation menu items graphically in boxes, also mobile-first reponsive (one column on cellphones, 2 rows of 4 columns on larger screens). 3) Troubleshooting with tinymce/IMCE... I cannot upload an image, though the button has been enabled for it in the WYSIWYG icons.
