Template Upgrade and a few customizations to existing site

Our company has an existing 6 page Wordpress powered website that uses the Urip template from Themeforest and a custom CSS. The publisher of the template has made several updates in the 2 years that it has been since we have launched our site and so we would like for the latest version of the template to be applied. We will supply the updated version of Urip.
We would also like for the included woo commerce plugin to be setup and applied to 4 products giving them each "add to cart" functionality. In addition, we have recently converted to SSL and would like for you to ensure that all pages are compliant with all links being SSL.
The work should be accomplished as follows:
1. copy existing Wordpress site to temp directory.
2. apply new version of Urip template to copied site.
3. test for issues with new template and correct as necessary.
4. activate included woo commerce for 4 products with add to cart buttons on existing pages
5. once all is tested working move and make this our live site.
6. test SSL links on all 6 pages and correct any non SSL links (if there are any).
Please type "Upgrade Urip" in the subject of your bid so that I know you have read the requirements. There are a few other websites that could use work and if this is a good experience I would like to continue to use the developer on an ass needed basis.
