Please do not apply is you have no experience in Twilio API 1) We are using an old sms-texting API. Twilio has new API. Need to update sms API to track delivery status and update the website response column and store in mysql. On the response column, track all the delivery status - sent, delivered, undelivered, failed, ... look at the api and make sure all status are captured. New API also has text message center and co-pilot features. Enable new features. 2) If patients response 'STOP'. Make sure it saved in the db and never text that patient again. Download the 'STOP' information with patient account number just like the way the 'YES' confirmation is done so it can be updated to the local db. That is done separately on a backup end function. Make sure 1 and 2 works for all texting numbers used in the system. The exiting website is already storing text confirmation response. Need to also store the 'STOP' response

Hi, I have worked with both Php SDKs. So all messages you send through api we saved in DB and cron task will check the status and update local db? Relevant Skills and Experience I have used Twilio API for SMS and Voice. As STOP is an Twillio Keyword they blacklist that number. we also can track the request and update our end Proposed Milestones $133.33 USD - Final Please share more info like, site url, and any framework it built on.
