unique eCommerce site

I would like to create an eCommerce site similar to this UI/UX: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I would like to be able to display multiple products and have user be able to sort multiple products and product categories. There would be two sides to the app, one for a consumer and one for the administrator. Consumer Facing App: Should have search function, display products, categories, filters to narrow search, sub catagories, brands, regions, types and sorting capabilities for displaying the product, I would like the ability to show in list and card format. Consumer should be able to add products to shopping cart for checkout. All the normal stuff for check out with modifying shopping cart and checkout. When clicking on a product to purchase, consumer should see product description and other types of information enabled in admin section to display for that product. Certain products can have a sub category for ordering like weight, size, etc and of course quantity to purchase. Admin Facing App: Have a dashboard showing products and orders. I would like to be able to create and manage all the different categories and sub-categories for products. Modify products, pricing, images, etc. Manage sorting categories for Consumer UI. I would like to show all the different orders and different status categories for each order. Consumer profile section and vendor data section. Reporting section. Setting section for taxes and discounts. Must be able to apply discounts to each consumer profile also. A unique function needs to be created which can be turned on or off in admin section. The function is a purchase limit to the amount of each type of product is purchased by a consumer within 24 hours. This can be measured by grams, units, bottles, etc. For example, in cannabis product purchase flower products admin can set a limit of 100g to be the limit to how much a consumer can purchase in 24 hours. If the consumer tries to put more than that amount in shopping cart then the shopping cart will not let the consumer checkout but instead will tell them to reduce the amount of that type of product purchased. The limit set will be on the type or types of products, so Admin must be able to group products under type categories for purchase limits. This app must be touchscreen friendly for large screens. I will need to be able to show multiple types of products like wine/beer, grocery, medical, cannabis, etc. Code must be clean, light and fast. I don't mind if you use Wordpress template but Wordpress has big overhead in code. Try to make the code as light as possible. Would prefer the app to be built in dotNet but not necessary. Developer must show me similar work done in the past to be considered.
