Update PHP script to provide confirmation data was written to file

Hello, I am a PHP and database programmer with several years of experience and would like to do the project for you. I studied the PHP code and noticed that the submitted data is saved to a CSV file and that the user is redirected to : [login to view URL] You can send the user a confirmation by email or just show a success message on your website. Both are possible. A unique confirmation code can easily be added to the output file (and send / shown to the user). If an error occured the user will be notified and maybe he/she wants to fill out the huge form again :) Best Regards, Ozzy
