Upgrade IWD OnePage Checkout - Magento 1

I previously had IWD OnePage Checkout 4.4 running on my Magento 1 website.
I upgraded to IWD OnePage Checkout Suite v6
However this is now not working, when enabling the module this goes to a page with a blank center, just showing the header & footer.
I am looking for someone who can fix this for me ASAP so please do NOT bid if you can not complete the task within a few hours.
