URGENT: Boostrap modal open in Parent window from IFRAME

We used load external URL(our another website) in to HTML page using iframe. The external page has boostrap modal that loads top of the iframe page but it shoud display screen top.

PROBLEM to FIX: When i scroll down and click the modal link(readmore) that loads but very top of the page and not visible on the screen.

IMPORTANT: No payment if work is not completed.
