We need very experienced website designer and programmer to build a website and a web portal for a chamber of commerce using Joomla, WordPress, Drupal or any other CMS 1) Chamber website showcasing chamber functions and activities with membership facilities 2) website portal:- Multi Vendor Marketplace Online Blogging Business and General Directory Jobs & Recruitment Board Classified advertisement Social Network Community The portal can be done using various CMS extensions - components , modules, plug-ins ...etc. There is a need for strict and consolidated Identity and Access Management such that users can login once and be able to navigate through the entire website without having to login again. The website must be hacker proof. We own a few Joomla components and template licenses but will accept your recommendations on which CMS or any other platform that will best serve our needs.
