Objectives:

PARAMETERS
1. Client Subscription Records
a) Create new client, edit, update and filter delete
b) Manage existing and new clients on the three subscription plans (Basic, Platinum and premium) with option to upgrade and downgrade
c) Set subscription duration from 2weeks to 48 weeks
d) Set start and end dates on Saturdays with renewal button.
e) Send auto emails on updates, promos and renewal
f) Set the referral and award commission (% differs by staff)
g) Create Invoices a week to due date and confirm payments
2. Sales Representative Management
a) Creating new sales rep with personal details
b) Assigning/re-assigning to location (mall or airport)
c) Resumption clock-in, handover and closing timestamps
d) Setting partner and work schedule as in daily shift of 9-2 or 2-7pm.
e) Option for sales reps to switch shift and set off day for the week
f) Expected leads to be generated per platinum client at each location per day
g) Web form to submit leads.
h) Performance rating assessment- valid leads vs expected leads %
i) Cost value per lead shortage and carry overs to make up for
j) Bonus on 90% performance and commission on new clients
k) Queries and responses
l) Salary computation based on valid leads generated which is 75% of salary.
m) Penalty for not submitting < 50% leads expected in a week
n) Penalties as in stated in terms and conditions
o) Best performing sales rep for the week computation based on valid leads.
3. Lead Generation Management
a) Daily Submission of 2 leads by each sales rep for platinum clients
b) Validation of leads by CRO(s)
c) Valid leads to go to client page with option to input feedback. If feedback is negative, CRO to be penalized.
d) Invalid leads to be deducted from sales reps target and given one week to make up after which value is deducted from salary
e) When makeup is done, it should count for the sales rep
f) Valid leads to count for sales reps target
4. Client relations Officers & general staff payroll
a) CRO is assigned to validate leads
b) To be penalized for sending invalid leads to clients
c) To be supervisor to sales rep and can query, penalize, recommend for dismissal
d) General staff payroll
e) To get a share of 50% commission & penalties when sales rep gets commission or penalties.
f) To give report on scheduled inspection
5. Client Page
a) To display client information
b) Subscription details
c) Option to upgrade and renew
d) Access to validated leads and ability to give feedback for each number
e) Flyer status and each location (availability)
6. Summary dashboard
a) Summary view of all sections
