WHATSAPP BULK SENDER

Need to develop an PHP script whatsApp with this capabilities to work like whatsapp.

Note: the script must be supported arabic languge , and payment after testing .

1- send bulk messages to whatsapp contacts which 1+ million daily.

2- ability to import/export bulk .txt/.csv contain mobile numbers

3- ability to filter active contact list with options ( no whatsapp- last seen )

4- ability to have language files to add more then 1 Lang

5- ability to add/remove mobile numbers / IMEI , to send messages from .

6- ability to customize send messages and customize how much message to be sent hourly and which numbers used to send the message from .

7- ability to view recent activity and messages history

8- ability to have user sign up

9- ability to add administrator / multi administrators .

10- ability to support the script for any updates later on which can be made from whatsapp end . ( will be paid when doing but it will be needed URGENT when needed )

11- ability to set number of message for each user to send

12- ability to set mobile number dedicated for user/s

13- ability to set mobile number for share users

14- ability to link it with online payment gateways such as ( paypal-2checkout)

15- ability to make a full web design customization

16- secure the data

17- ability to upgrade

Some more details for the application asking to do:

* I want to send single or bulk whatsapp (text, photo, audio, Video, vcard..location)

* Install it in my server and support it for any update needed

* Api for reseller and ability to create for them website linked to the main application with api and credits

* I need to put a schedule for sending bulk

* Send a test to one or many numbers before send bulk
