WordPress Theme Changes

I am looking for a WordPress developer that can make some changes to a existing theme. I am using the Classiera theme, but need some fundamental changes to how ads and user accounts function. The website is a local classified site that users will be able to post ads to. More importantly users can setup a store page to allow them access to an online inventory system for free. The user will be able to post a certain amount of ads for free, but after they reach their maximum amount of ads, they will have to start paying a monthly fee to get access to more ads. For example, 10 ads for free, $5/month for 25 ads, $10/month for 50 ads etc. The catch with this function is that it doesn’t exist within the website currently. What does exist is the ability to sign up to these package and have a set number of featured ads. But these featured ads are not localized, so that is another thing that needs to be coded. So If I’m looking at hand crafted tables in New York, the featured ads will display hand crafted tables within a certain distance. A small change would also be to change how the URL is for these stores. Now it displays like this: [login to view URL] but ideally, it would look better if it displayed like this: http:///[login to view URL] Also, having the ability to create a onetime personalized URL would be incredible. Let the user make their own URL like [login to view URL] Last but not least, there is a small issue with how the store name is displayed. By default it will choose to show the login name the user made while creating their account. This is changeable if I go into the admin section and create a nickname. Then it will display the Nickname instead. But I can’t do that for everyone, so it would be great to have a section under their profile to be able to change their display name, but not their login name.
