I need a function for Postgres which works in Postres 8 and above which will take 2 timestamp parameters and give me the difference in business minutes. There will be multiple other tables for holidays, working hours for each day etc but in the end, the function will return me one number for how many working seconds between 2 timestamps. I have posted this before but the requirement has changed slightly to seconds and not hours.

I have done plenty of projects of various scales on PosgreSQL and have expertise in writing such functions using Postgres 8.x to 9.1. Function code will be cleaning written with clear comments.
