We need server side software that will download a daily .com zone file from the ICANN website and compare it to the top 1 million Alexa websites. With these data sources, we then would like to determine the following data points. 1) Domains that are new to enter the Alexa top 1 Million 2) Domains that continually rise in ranking on the Alexa list by parameter we can set in a visual interface (ie. 750k, 500k 250k etc) 3 Running a typo generator on selected domains (top100k) to determine if typos if a particular domain name are being registered. 4) Separating domains that use given name servers to determine a) the number of new domain on the name servers b) a list of those domains c) running a reverse typo on those domains to determine the original domain they are a typo of. 5) Setting up the server to run this software and taking a small monthly maintenance fee to ensure the server is secure and properly maintained to run the software 6) Adding new features as needed. )

Hi there, I am an expert in developing server side automation and background task scripts for Linux servers with more than two years of experience. After carefully reviewing your system, here are my thoughts and development proposal: 1. Develop the CLI driven software using Node.js 2. Setup search database for caching and quick lookup (TypeSense local or Elastic Search) 3. A fully documented, command driven tool that can generate the data as you require 4. Support for CSV and HTML based data/report generation 5, Setting up a bare bone Linux server (OpenSuse, Ubuntu or Debian 9/10) (will require server with Root SSH password) 6. Firewalld and fail2ban security setup for Linux OS From the scope of the data you are suggesting, I will suggest a machine with decent hardware specification (at least 8 GB of Ram and 120 GB SSD). If you are on AWS EC2 or GCP Compute Engine then it will be much easier to scale accordingly compared to dedicated Linux hosting elsewhere. Let me know your thoughts and comments on my proposal.
