Hi. I worked and played a lot with XML in my former job. My former company's main software product used XML for configuration. When a change is needed for the software's function, the XML settings must be changed. When done with text editor, It's human-error prone, rather troublesome, and extremely time-consuming. Thus, I created a tool call Patcher using Java Swing to automate all that, and it's companion Patch Builder to create the patches to be applied. Hours of work became minutes.
As for the ERP, I just implemented an ERP system/application for a wholesale company with hundreds of daily orders. The ERP system is web-based and provides RESTful API for seamless integration with other systems like e-commerce platforms, Android apps, CRM application, etc. As for single-sign-on and embedded objects, they're not really new things in my years of IT professional career.
