Design UI of Mobile-First website / PWA

Hi Freelancers ! We're developing a PWA (Progressive Web Application) in Angular6 and need a good front end designer to help us get the perfect design for it. It must work well on mobile and desktop at all resolutions. It's a payment application that allows customers pay merchants by card. We're a software engineering and consulting firm that have decided to outsource all our UI operations going forward and hopefully will find the right person for a long and mutually beneficial working relationship. A proper html(html5) and css(or scss) set of pages will do. We're not averse to templates and UI Kits, but if you look at the links below, you can tell that we won't accept a "clone template" job. We expect you to provide a professional finished UI. We'll provide colour scheme and design guidelines of the client on successful conclusion of the bidding process.
