**I am offering US$20 to the coder who first successfully solves the problem below:
There is something about the index page at [[url removed, login to view]] which prevents it from loading in the web browser by some people. The blue patterned background loads but not the text and images etc.. I had this problem and I asked two people I know to call up my site and they had the same problem.
The problem is that only the background bluish stipple color loads to present a blank page of bluish stiple color. The images and text do not load.
The index page loads ok on some PCs and not on others and I don't know why?
I was only able to load the page when I had turned off Nortons Internet Security. So it appears there may be something on the page that Internet security/firewall products don't like. Or it could be something else unrelated.
There are other pages on the site (eg. [[url removed, login to view]]) and these all load fine. So there is only something wrong with the index page that is causing the problem.
I need an answer to this problem, because I don't want this happening to visitors to my site.
Be the first coder back to me with a practical & successful solution and I will pay you US$20. The solution includes the required changes to the HTML to address the problem.
Please note that the index page may load ok for you, but it doesn't for some people - so you will have to look at the code.
