We are developing a Residential Township Project (98 duplex Row Housing in 7 Acres) in Madhya Pradesh, India. I want a full Project Management Plan covering all the stages from Planning & Design to Handover of fully constructed units to the customer. Major work stages are as follows: 1. Planning & Permissions 2. Architectural Design 3. Site Development Work (Levelling, Road, main gate, boundary wall, Club-house, Landscaping, etc) 4. Housing Units Construction I want a plan covering the start and end dates of each activities in each of the categories that will give a gantt chart (on excel), material purchase plan and a project cash flow plan. This plan should give me a complete idea of work completion timelines, material ordering timelines and cash flow required at each stage. You should apply only if you have experience of planning and working on similar civil construction projects, and you are from India. The final deliverable of this project would be a detailed excel file with different sheets, each sheet covering different planning aspects.
