Track changes done by developer - bug fixes and enhancements 2. Track SEO activities and drive as per client expectations 3. Track Facebook and Google adwords tasks and review creatives done by the team 4. Monitor QA related activities and raise appropriate flags whenever necessary. 5. Share Weekly task reports to client covering all activities performed and its impact on marketing 6. Conduct Daily calls with team and review tasks 7. Share monthly and fortnightly reports to client with feedback on scope of improvement

Preparation Phase: - Project identification: i need to understand in detailed the SOW for the project (what deliverables, what duration, what cost, and what quality) - Methodology to be used: this project best be managed using Scrum framework. - Stakeholders Management: Must introduce to the Client, understand what pain point they suffer off so they need this solution. - Most important first: work with the Marketing (Product Owner, or play this role if not existing within the Organization) to identify the userStories and prioritize them as per to relevant importance to solve client pain. - Knowing my team: realize team cross functionalities, backgrounds, their known blockings affecting development process. - Setup Framework: couch team about the framework, build self-organizing and trust in between the team, clarify monitoring tools, reporting activity, and make it visible to all. Implementation Phase: - we will set the fist iteration and start from that. - each team member will have the focus on his tasks, the ability to take responsibility, the courage to be transparent and adapt. - result oriented implementation not effort oriented.
