Hello,
Proofreading is normally priced by the number of words or by an hourly rate. Since you have a lot of documents it is not practical to pay per word, so I suggest that you set up a contract with an hourly rate. this means we would use the Tie Tracker software, which takes photos of what we are working on at unpredictable intervals so you can see that we are only doing your work.
I would be happy to proofread documents for you. As your proofreader, I would correct the grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, sentence structure and paragraphing, and fix repeated words, and sentences that are too long, hard to understand, or awkward.
Let me introduce myself. My name is Julie Webb, and I’m a professional editor and proofreader with 36 years of experience, which includes editing/proofreading thesis and dissertation papers, peer-reviewed journal articles, fiction and non-fiction books, and textbooks. English is my native language and my Bachelor's degree is in English. I use Microsoft Word with the Track Changes feature turned on.
I offer you excellent quality proofreading. Here at Freelancer.com, my work has earned a 4.9 out of 5 rating from my 162 clients, as shown at https://www.freelancer.com/u/jw010699.html. My Repeat Hire Rate is 24%, which is very high compared to my peers. Clients have said, “Julie does excellent and professional work.”
I would enjoy proofreading your work and hope to hear from you soon.
Julie Webb
