We are looking to create a custom personality test. We need someone that has background in psychology (MS/PhD), and preferably some experience with creating these tests. The test will need to be based on Myers-Briggs Type Indicator/Big Five tests. It won't be a long test...maybe a dozen or questions (TBD). We will provide more specific details around the test and how we want it setup once we move forward with someone.
