Re-build an existing energy and financial model

I require assistance to re-build an existing energy and financial model in Microsoft Excel. This will include the use of macros (VBA) and possibly some Python programming for repetitious tasks the model performs The existing model requiring a re-build is a district energy model of sources. It analyses hour electricity, heating and cooling loads from either different energy user types and aggregates these into combined electricity, heating and cooling loads. The model then works out how much gas or electricity is required to supply the energy users with their electricity, heating and cooling needs. The model takes into account plant and equipment specifications including solar PV, batteries, air-conditioning and heating systems to establish the net requirements for energy across a precinct. The model then works out how much revenue can be earned by selling the electricity, heating and cooling to the energy users and works out the costs of producing the same. This consolidates in a financial analysis which produces a Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and Cashflow Statement for the energy precinct. Subject to responses from freelancers the model which requires re-building will be shared with shortlisted freelancers for them to review and so that they may check it matches their skill set.
