Overview We are looking to develop a desktop application which will ask the user simple questions in the form of multiple choice question. A user should be able to answer to these questions by clicking one or more of the choices. The user responses will be stored in the form of an Excel sheet. The users 2 types of users Admin who design the conversation steps Visitor who will be the end user. User journey Admin Designing the conversation and Excel sheet - the Excel sheet sample is provided in attachment. User Response - The user response sample Excel sheet - attached. Visitor The visitor should be able to engage with the the system in the form of a chatbot like conversation as it's shown here. Please see the video attached. The front end has been fully developed.
