I am able to build you a hangman game using GUI in python which meets all of the requirements. However, you will have to complete the one-page summary of why it is useful as I do not know the requirements of the overall course/project. I can also comment very well (One line of comment for every code block), and I can provide you with a statement of how it works overall once I have finished it.
