Project 1 - I recently completed a Machine Learning project for a dataset of about 5000 stocks and their features of about 225 columns . I was given the information of 2018 data and needed to develop models to predict the profitable stocks for the next year. I developed 6 models ( Lasso and Ridge Classification with penalization, Random Forest, RF boosting with ADA and Gradient Boosting Classifier and Neural Networks using Keras) and predicted the profitable stocks for next year. Project 2 - I worked for a US based startup to develop a spam bot. I used NLP and Machine Learning to clean-up, pre-process a dataset of about 12 million texts and developed models that filtered them on the basis of spam/ham. Project 3 - I also worked on a earlier project that involved web scrapping. I scrapped tabular data from a sport website into .csv sheets and then used that as part of a sports analysis project to determine statistically if M.S. Dhoni has to retire or not. From these 3 projects, I have developed a very good understanding and knowledge of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Python, Pandas, SciKit Learn, TensorFlow, Keras, Web Scrapping etc. I would be ideal for this opportunity.

Fake news detection is a part of analyaing the Text through a classification mechanism. Have worked on SPAM detection and sentiment detection on TEXT data. There are number of way we can approach the problem statement. With a deep learning methodology creating LSTM/RNN hidden layers or through traditional Machine learning classification ways. If a data dictionary is made with all SPAM or FAKE Words, these dictionary can very well be parsed to our TEXT. Another method can be building a EXTRACTIVE summarization of the sentence/ TEXT with giving emphasis on ranking the statements with order of Fake/spamming.
