Python multi threading - for http request and write to file

I wrote a python script that makes calls to a web services json api. My code works fine, but each request is taking about a second per an http request.I want to make 40 request per a second. I'm thinking multi threading would be the best approach. I would really appreciate if some one can help me. This job should not take more then 10 to 20 minutes for some one who is experienced. The maximum bid I will accept is $50 as this is a simple and fast for anyone who has experience with it. So all I need you to do is show me really quick how to multi thread my http request and my write to file. Team viewer connection is a must so is skype.

can do it today for you. But notice that there can be limit which api providers set on requests coming from same api.
