Project name: Remote controlled mobile security camera using Raspberry Pi. (3) Pi Camera (day and night vision camera) (4) Simple motors to mount the Pi Camera on the Raspberry Pi. The motors are to rotate and tilt the viewing angles of Pi Camera Software: Python Works:  With above (1) to (4), we can make Raspberry Pi a mobile security camera LOCALLY. We can maneuver the robot, and we can control the viewing angle of Pi Camera  But I want to make it become a remote control mobile security camera. “Remote” means that I shall be able to control the devices for example when I am a few thousand miles away from home, as long as I have internet access. I shall be able to control: • The robot to turn right and left, to move forward and backward • The viewing angle of the Pi Camera • Turn on and off the camera • In the future, maybe record the video somewhere, but this is next step. I will extend the project later.  You have to explain all the details of the code, the hardware, and all wires connections.  Easy interface, so I can do all the controlling.

Hi, I'm an electronic engineer with more than 5 years of experience in embedded systems development. After reading your project description related to remote control robot, I've decided to apply for the project as I have previous experience in developing similar system. In my previous projects I have completed connection with raspberry pi via internet from anywhere in the world, with help of developed web application and rpi application running on the raspberry pi. In that project, I was able to many things such as control the raspberry pi GPIO pins, upload files remotely, take pictures from pi camera etc. So for your project also I can develop a similar solution with motor control enabled via GPIO pins. We might need to get motor controllers to control the motors as rpi is not capable of driving motors it self. The current is not enough. I can suggest L298 mortor drivers. I would like to know which camera module you will be using as pi camera would not be that great in low light conditions. I'm confident on completing this project successfully and looking forward to hear from you. I've also got raspberry pi and other motors and controllers with me, so I can test everything at my end as well. Thank you Anusha

I have built something very similar using the pi and two servo's, adding a chassis to maneuvering the entire thing around can also be done, i have a web interface designed for my past camera pan/tilt system for the pi i can add in the controls to move the motors and hence the robot can be controlled locally and through the internet from any web browser. feel free to text me so that we can discuss further.

i have worked on different Iot projects i have taken workshop around different colleges in south india and i have won a 2nd prize in national level compition conducted in IIT mumbai.
