Scraper written in Python to download from SEC Edgar Material Events and full contracts

Python scraping job.
The document archives for publicly traded companies are available on the Edgar service at [login to view URL] There are millions of filings. Some filings inform that there has been a Material Event. These filings are called 8-K. Some of those have attached full contracts. For instance, if company A buys company B and A is publicly traded, they may make the contract for the acquisition available. The full contract would be logged as Exhibit 10. We want a Python script to download the 8-K forms and the full contracts. We only want the 8-K forms which have a Exhibit 10.
The output should be the Python script and a zipped/tared archive of 8-K/Exhibit 10. The contracts must be named/linked to show which company (Ticker and CIK) they belong to. There should be tens of thousands of contracts and they should be in plain text, not HTML or XML.
