• Handling End-to-End Recruitment Process.
• Sourcing CVs from Data bank or job portal like naukri, monsterindia.
• Posting Jobs on online job portals, linkedin & Naukri, Monster.
• Strong & perfect screening of CV as per the Requirement.
• Interaction with the candidates, briefing them about the requirements & understand their willingness.
• Inform applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, company policies and other related information
• Screening, short listing and conducting preliminary interview (Candidate Assessment) prior to sending it to the client.
• Co-ordinate with the candidates for the availability for the interview.
• Follow up with the candidates, intimating the results & status of the interview to the Candidates.
• Post offer follow-up with the candidate to ensure timely joining.
• Good experience as a mentor to train the fresher.
• Ensuring consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates and reports
