Responsibilities:
● Responsible for full life-cycle of recruitment process.
● Understanding the requirement for various skill set and roles.
● Effective use of various modes of Sourcing like Employee Referrals, Internal database, for identifying the potential candidates.
● Job-postings, Mass Mailing, Messaging & Managing Online folders.
● Conducting Initial Screening and filtering resumes.
● Conducting first level interview to check technical skills, interest level, availability, compensation, etc.
● Updating the status of interview in the database.
● Scheduling & Coordinating the Interviews with Technical Panel.
● Follow-up with the Technical Panel for feedbacks and bring it to a closure.
● Preparing weekly and monthly reports on recruitment.
● Follow up with the candidates till he/she comes on board.
● Salary and Date of Joining negotiations, Offer Letter preparation, Offer Acceptance Agreement.
● Maintaining the candidate database and MIS on regular basis based on skills and experience levels.
● Updating the trackers on day to day base and give proper reports to the management.
